I have been tapping for twenty five years personally and professionally. Having experienced my own traumas, physically and emotionally, I learned tapping for my own health and well being. As I continued to grow professionally, I realized my clients were getting incredible results as well. I decided to get certified in 2007. I use tapping with all of my clients, whether it's for stress relief, improving health, emotional healing, professional coaching, or just personal coaching. Results are positive and effective.

AROMATHERAPY & ESSENTIAL OILS:
The uses of essential oils are vast and represent a well-documented model for improving overall health. Widespread acceptance of essential oils has led many to choose this more natural approach to health maintenance.
Essential Oils have been used in folk medicine throughout history, The earliest recorded mention of essential oils is believed to be that of 1188-1248, (Nothing new)
Essential Oils are a concentrate hydrophobic liquid volatile (the tendency of a substance to vaporize) aroma compounds from plants. Essential oil is “essential” in the sense that it contains the “essence” if the plant’s fragrance (by definition).
Aromatherapy, a branch of Alternative medicine, is one way to use the oils. Pharmacology and medical uses vary. WE KNOW EACH OIL HAS SPECIFIC PROPERTIES. One example of medicinal value is “thymol”, found in the oil of the common spice Thyme. Lavender has been long used in the production of perfume, however, it can be used for relaxation and sleep.
I have been using Essential Oils, personally and professionally, for over 25 years.

In order to do that, we must understand our contribution and connection to the world around us. There are many factors that affect our well being, the well being of our families and our environment. Little things we do every day will either add to the problems facing the environment or to the solution.
Understanding how the little choices we make every day can make a positive or negative impact on the environment, and it is critical to making better decisions.
*Water, energy, air quality and waste are the four areas to begin looking at in your life.
*Did you know 500,000 tons of pollutants spur int natural waterways each day in the U.S. alone?
*Water treatment facilities can remove most solid waste and germs, but not all chemicals.
*Chemical pollutants alter aquatic ecosystems by disrupting the hormones and affecting the reproduction of fish and other aquatic life.
The problem is household products that you use can have harmful chemicals that end up down the drain. Phosphates change the chemistry of natural waters and encourage the growth of algae, which depletes water oxygen and suffocates finish and other aquatic life.

*Conserve energy~ Energy consumption is on the rise, the average household today uses 40% more electricity than the average household in 1950.
*The average home has 40 electronic devices, many that stay plugged in 24/7
*90% of the energy used to wash clothes goes to just heating the water. Use cold water whenever possible.
*Air quality-According to the American Lung Association, 127. Million Americans live in areas where the air is so polluted it is endangering their lives.
*Indoor air quality is one the the EPA’s top five environmental risks to public health. Here are some of the health complications air pollution may cause:
- Wheezing and coughing
- Lung Inflammation
- Lung Cancer
- Reproductive complications
- Cardiovascular harm
*Reduce waste-According to the EPA, residential waster accounts for about 65% of total waste in the U.S.
*42% of what we throw away is paper textile, completely recyclable.
*Americans use approximately 1 billion plastic shopping bags every year, creating 300,000 tons of nonbiodegradable landfill waste.
