We all have something that isn’t fully Aligned in our lives. STRESS and ANXIETY is high, personally and collectively.

Im putting out a Wellness Plan that will specifically look at what YOU NEED to feel good and be in balance.

After being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017, I realized I needed to make some critical changes.

We all have room to grow, of course. But honestly, I thought I was Healthy, and I was, however I was eating what I thought was healthy, I was doing it al, but guess what, there is always more to learn.


Did you know that chemicals effect our Hormones? Do you know the standards that allow a certain amount of "ick" (my term) in the products we eat and use, that is allowed by the FDA? Just saying.


I have learned so much and I want to share my experience with you. Regardless of what you are going through, you got this. Life will always present circumstances, it's how you handle them that matters.
